After downloading the file double click combocleaner.dmg installer, in the opened window drag and drop Combo Cleaner icon on top of the Applications icon. To be sure your system is not infected run a scan with Combo Cleaner Antivirus.
If you have followed all the steps in the correct order you Mac should be clean of infections.
